We don’t charge any additional commissions – you’ll negotiate directly with service providers for the best prices.
Plus, by posting a request on our platform, you can receive personalized offers from private renters themselves.
This allows you to choose the accommodation option that perfectly suits your needs and preferences.

You can easily use the search function on the home page.
Depending on what you want to find (accommodation or fun activities), you can simply use the search bar to enter the desired destination and desired service category.
By selecting the categories, an additional filtering option appears with which you can narrow down the results, so that they are even better adapted to your personal preferences.

Yes, in order to be able to contact and agree the terms of the reservation with the service provider, it is necessary to register a free StayHR user account.
As a registered user, you can also leave a review of the service.

User account registration is free, and the registration itself can be done via this link or the Sign in button on the home page, after which you select Register.

You can contact the provider of the desired service by selecting the “Reply to listing” or “Send Inquiry” button on the right side of the ad.
After receiving the inquiry, the service provider will respond to you via user account messages or email, and further communication and reservation conditions are agreed upon directly in a manner that suits both parties.

Booking model is inquiry model.
Send direct request for offer to a service provider via “Reply to listing” or “Send Inquiry” button on the right side of the ad. All the details and conditions of the reservation (date, advance payment, total price, cancellation conditions, …) are exclusively an agreement between you as the user of the service and a service provider. StayHR does not act as a reservation intermediary.

Once both parties agree to the terms and fulfill them, you have made a reservation.

*Precautionary tip for reservation payment:
We recommend paying only 20% to 30% in advance, and the rest upon arrival.
Please note that StayHR is at no time liable for any (advance) payments done.

In the upper right corner of the page, there is a option “Post a request” which is completely free.

Requests can be published by registered users of the StayHR portal who are looking for an offer for accommodation in Croatia, after which they can receive non-binding offers from registered hosts of the StayHR portal.

In addition to the usual procedure of sending inquiries to individual hosts, by publishing the Request, the guest can receive offers from several hosts in one place, compare them and choose the one that suits the guest best.

Offers will be displayed under the request and will be visible to all users of the portal, as well as the Request.
The person who made the Request chooses which host to contact regarding the offer.

Reservations agreed in this way and their details are also exclusively an agreement between the guest and the host, StayHR does not act as a reservation intermediary.

All the details and conditions of the reservation (date, advance payment, total price, cancellation conditions, …) are exclusively an agreement between you as the user of the service and a service provider.

StayHR is an online advertising portal which offers hosts the possibility to advertise their accommodation units. The hosts administer their adverts and bookings themselves, which means the StayHR team can`t make you individual offers for your next holiday. If you have questions regarding the booking or the property, please contact the respective host directly.

In the Accommodation category you can find various forms of accommodation units – rooms, B&B, studios, apartments, villas, holiday homes, hotels, hostels, motels, camps, …

After selecting Accommodation as the desired category in the search bar, a filtering option will appear on the left side. One of the options is filtering by type of accommodation.

In the Activities category you can find a wide range of outdoor and adventure activities such as nautical activities (sailing, yachting, … ), water sports (jet skiing, surfing, kayaking, rafting, scuba diving, SUP rental, …), winter sports (skiing, snowboarding, …), cultural tours, adventure activities (rock climbing, bungee jumping, zip-line, skydiving, …), sports and recreation (cycling, mountain biking, horseback riding, …), entertainment parks (adrenaline parks, water parks, …), food and wine tours, bowling, paintball, …
After selecting Activities as the desired category in the search bar, a filtering option will appear on the left side.

Yes, the option to write a review is available for every ad. It would be preferable for you to write a review of the service provider / service you used to help the next potential user make a decision. Also, reviews are important for both the service provider and the service user, as they contribute to the credibility of the ad.
