Your privacy is important to us and we never abuse the information you voluntarily leave on the Site. The Site Owner undertakes to respect anonymity and privacy on the Site, to the extent that the nature of our relationships and business allows.
Advertisers and Users of the Site’s services agree that the Site Owner collects personal data:

- Address
- Telephone number
- E-mail address
- OIB
Other data:
- Profile photos
- Photos of the accommodation facility
- Additional profile information (gender, language skills, other skills)
- Additional information about services and products
According to the Act on Prohibition and Prevention of Unregistered Activities (Official Gazette 6/11), Article 7, Paragraph (2) “When ordering an ad, the person ordering the ad is obliged to provide information about his identity: company and company headquarters, OIB, first and last name of the responsible person or first and last name of the ordering party, OIB and his place of residence.
Pursuant to paragraph (3) of the same Law, which states: “It is prohibited to publish advertisements if the advertiser does not submit the data from paragraph 2 of this article”, the Site Owner is obliged to collect the specified data, and will store and process the same in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR EU 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND COUNCIL of April 27, 2016) as follows:
Personal data is necessary to enable the Advertiser and the User to use the services of the Site, and we will store and use them for promotional purposes of the Advertiser’s services and products. In addition to advertising, we will use personal data for the purpose of processing bookkeeping documents in accordance with the regulations of the Accounting Act, the VAT Act, the Income Tax Act and other legal regulations governing the business of legal entities. When paying for Site Owner services, the payment data controller requires certain financial information (such as bank account or credit card information) to process payments and comply with applicable law. Such data will be used exclusively for the stated purpose.
Personal data may be submitted to competent inspectors of central state administration bodies (Article 8 of the Act on Prohibition and Prevention of Unregistered Activities (Official Gazette 6/11)). Thus, we will deliver the Advertiser’s personal data exclusively at the official request of the competent authorities, for which the Advertiser’s consent is not required, in accordance with paragraph (4), Article 7 of the same Act: “The advertising organization is obliged to provide the authorities from Article 8 of this Act for inspection at their request information about the person ordering the ad prescribed in paragraph 2 of this article.”
The e-mail address of the Advertiser and the User can be used for the purpose of informing about services, promotional campaigns, changes to the General Terms and Conditions on the stay-hr.com website and other rules of operation of the Site. The Advertiser and the User can at any time request the suspension of the flow of information about the services and promotional actions of the Site.
In addition to personal data, the Advertiser can provide additional information such as personal interests, gender, skills (languages used) or additions to its offer in order to better present its services on the Site. The advertiser agrees that this information is public and visible to everyone, and the Site Owner has no right to copy, process or store it.
In addition to the specified data, the Advertiser and the User may provide information in some other way when filling out forms, conducting searches, updates, responding to surveys, participating in promotions or using special offers of the Site. The information thus collected is anonymous, and the Site Owner undertakes to use it exclusively for this purpose and not to pass it on to third parties.
User comments (ratings, reviews) of the Advertiser’s services may be published on the Site, without requiring the Advertiser’s consent. The Site Owner does not control and is not responsible for the information provided by the User, which could include information about the Advertiser. Any request for information on the disclosure of personal data should be sent by the Advertiser to the User. In the case of an Advertiser’s complaint about untruthfulness and a request to delete a User’s comment, the Site Owner may request additional information from the Advertiser and the User, which will be used solely for the purpose of determining the justification of the request to delete the User’s comment.
We will use the personal data that you provide to us through the use of the Site, i.e. the interactive forms for data collection found on these Sites (private inquiry, etc.) exclusively in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR EU 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT I COUNCIL of April 27, 2016).
At any time, you can request insight into the method of storage, use and distribution of your personal data from the Site Owner, and the deadline for delivery of the request is 15 days from the date of submission of the request. You can send the request in writing or by e-mail.
You can request the modification or complete deletion of all your personal and other data at any time.
Your collected personal data will not be used for any purposes other than those previously stated. They will not be handled in an inappropriate manner, will not be subject to secret processing, will not be sold to a third party, and their eventual distribution to persons who are not authorized to dispose of them can only be made possible with the written consent of the Advertiser and the User.
Your personal data is recorded in electronic form and is kept on the premises of the Site Owner. The Site Owner, Site administrator and Site accountant have access to the collected data. All other persons are not allowed to view your personal data. The term for keeping business documentation with your personal data is 11 years. At the end of this period, your personal data will be destroyed.
Other communications or materials that you send us, such as praise, comments, suggestions, etc., will not be treated as confidential and as those that cannot be freely disposed of.
