After you have created an ad and it has been reviewed, your ad will be published and you can start receiving inquiries and increase your income!

StayHR is a website that serves as an online platform for advertising Croatia’s tourist offers presented in two categories – Accommodation and Activities.
Our goal is to provide you with quality advertising space where you can communicate directly with potential users of your services and keep 100% of the revenue from your reservations!

  • 40 images: presentation of accommodation / services with up to 40 images
  • 15 languages: the ad can be automatically translated into 15 languages – Croatian, English, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Slovenian, Slovak, Czech, Polish, Hungarian, Macedonian, Dutch, Danish, French
  • no high commissions – annual membership fee at a favorable price of:
    • Accommodation: €30 (€2.50/month)
    • Activities: €30 (€2.50/month)
  • on request reservations – StayHR enables reservations on request, which minimizes the possibility of overlapping reservations due to untimely updating of calendar occupancy
  • calendar – display the available dates for the accommodation unit and the price per night
  • cancellation policy – create and specify your cancellation policy – you don’t have to adapt to the often imposed overly lenient cancellation policies that are generally not in favor of renters
  • direct contact: agree on the terms of the reservation and communicate with service users directly through user interface messages or your e-mail
  • direct payment: StayHR does not act as an intermediary in billing, you agree on the amount of the reservation and the method of payment with the user of the service
  • request option – potential guests can publish a request for accommodation for which, as a registered renter of the StayHR portal, you can send them a non-binding offer
  • social networks: in addition to the website, we will promote the ad through the StayHR Instagram and Facebook profiles

For the second and each additional ad in a category, you get discount of 20%. If you wish to advertise 10 or more ads in the same category, we would be happy to make you an individual offer. Send us an email: infostay.hr@gmail.com

Your advertising term is one year, and upon its expiration, it is not automatically renewed.
That way, you have complete control over the decision to renew the ad.

User account registration is free, and the registration itself can be done via this link or the Sign in button on the home page, after which you select Register.

After creating a user account, choose the category in which you want to present your services. Fill in the necessary information, add images and submit the ad for review. Once payment has been received and the ad has been reviewed, it will be published and you can start receiving inquiries and earning income. Advertising term is 365 days.

After you create an ad and submit it for review, an invoice according to the corresponding price list and the necessary payment information will be sent to your e-mail that you used to register the user account.

No. We do not charge a booking fees, 100 % of your income is yours and yours alone!
The only thing you pay is the affordable annual subscription according to the above-mentioned price list.

The booking model is an inquiry model.
Potential users of your service will send you direct requests for offers via messages or an inquiry form (the form will be sent to your email). All details and conditions of the reservation (such as the date, advance payment, total price, cancellation conditions, etc.) are exclusively an agreement between you as the service provider and the service user.

In the upper right corner of the page, there is a option “Post a request” which is completely free.

Requests can be submitted by registered users of the StayHR portal who are looking for an offer for accommodation in Croatia, after which they can receive non-binding offers from registered hosts of the StayHR portal.

In addition to the usual procedure of sending inquiries to individual hosts, by publishing the Request, the guest can receive offers from several hosts in one place, compare them and choose the one that suits the guest best.

Offers will be displayed under the request and will be visible to all users of the portal, as well as the Request.
The person who made the Request chooses which host to contact regarding the offer.

Reservations agreed in this way and their details are also exclusively an agreement between the guest and the host, StayHR does not act as a reservation intermediary.

You, as the service provider, agree the reservation conditions, cancellation conditions, billing and all other conditions directly with the user of your service.
StayHR is not a payment intermediary and does not participate in the reservation process.

The advertisement term is one year. The advertiser has the right to remove his ad from the StayHR portal at any time before the ad expires, however the amount paid for the ad will not be refunded.
Also, in case of violation of the StayHR Terms of Use, the Site Owner has the right to remove the ad without refund.

A potential user of your service will contact you through user interface messages or an inquiry form, which you will then receive via email. Once you have received the inquiry in this way, you can arrange further communication in a way that suits both parties (such as by sharing a phone number, email address, etc).

No, the advertiser himself edits the ad according to his needs and wishes.

Yes, the advertiser edits the ad himself and has access to the ad at any time through the user interface.
The advertiser can and must update the ad to provide true information.
